When you adopt a kitten or puppy from one of our trusted breeders, you will receive a complimentary starter kit and a RM50 voucher for your first purchase. How to redeem your complimentary breeder kit and RM50 voucher? 

Step 1: Open your Royal Canin Club and click on ‘Add Pet Profile’ on the homepage or create pet profile via “My pets” at the hamburger menu.

Step 2: Fill in necessary pet profile details and Respond “Yes” to the pop-up question asking if you've recently adopted a puppy/kitten from a breeder/shelter. This pop-up will only appear for pets with birth date less than 12 months.

Step 3: Choose your preferred starter kit. 

Step 4: Obtain the member ID from your Breeder or Shelter.

Step 5: Enter the unique kit code found on the breeder kit box to trigger a RM50 OFF voucher on the Royal Canin Club app. 

Step 6: Once the starter kit redemption is completed, a RM50 OFF voucher will be credited to your account. The starter kit will be given to you physically by your breeder upon this successful redemption.

Step 7: Access “My Rewards Wallet” to view the voucher. 

Step 8: You may use the voucher at any of our participating pet shops or vet clinics.
